Mitchell has spend a large amount of his career managing customer service and sales team for British Gas, moving on to Financial Services until he joined us a few years ago. Mitchell heads up our customer service and telemarketing teams.

Having followed a successful career in business development, Krystyna became lead telemarketing troubleshooter / coach for BT where she was sent into major call centres to help increase their effectiveness - Krystyna provides sales coaching and development for business development teams.
Simon started his career in Graphic Design, moving into multi media and on-line software development. Simon heads up our back office and e-learning development including our Compare competency assessment tools, 360 feedback suite, on-line learning, learner management system and games development.
